Kyle Holland

Owner/General Contractor

Kyle has over 25 years of industry experience involving every aspect of the planning, permitting and construction process. 

Prior to opening his own business, Kyle spent several years working for a general contractor as a project manager for large commercial remodels throughout the country. After several years of traveling, Kyle decided to open his own business. From 2004 – 2014, Holland Painting was a successful residential painting company in Kansas.

In 2015, Kyle decided it was time for a change in climate and moved to Seattle starting Jayhawk Construction.

His years of hands-on experience provides the expertise to manage the scope of details for residential projects. His primary goals are a job well done and a happy, satisfied customer.

Kyle holds a BS in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk Jayhawks, Go KU!).

Some of Kyle’s passions are golf and enjoying time with his wife, family and friends.
